The optics museum was conceived as a pilot project for the city and port of Tampico, Tamaulipas, Mexico, exclusively designed for the Carpintero lagoon, near the city center. and it arises as part of an introduction to society to the world of the appreciation of art and exact, was designed based on local astronomy, as well as the optical game by the superposition of its elements on a real scale, as an example, the view of the eye that when located exactly at 45 ° N and 30 ° up, you can see a formation similar to a crab, for its legs, when this really does not exist.
