This is a semi-roofed outdoor grill with previously treated cedar wooden beams and concrete skirts, the structure consists of castles and reinforced concrete columns, with a smooth finish in vinyl paint, the natural one in extra white opaque color, the preparation bar of food is semicircular to facilitate the preparation of food with respect to the circular roaster that is located in the center of the complex and on which is suspended the hood for extraction of the remaining smoke. the pergola is covered with vine and as a complement a large fish tank is located in the half-circle of the semicircle of the food preparation bar, this was designed with two purposes, the first one either to serve as a nice decoration or the second to keep some type of fish fresh to serve.
