Designed in the city and port of Tampico, Tamaulipas, México; under the direction of the contractor company IEPSA, from C.V. and a well organized team of 10 renowned architects throughout Mexico, this building is an adaptation of a 5 star hotel to a first level hospital, below the suggested proposals.
